A nightly rate, an exclusive-use property fee and a complete wedding quotation are not equivalent. Compare venues only after asking for the same dates, guest count, number of meals, overnight stays and event services.
Ask every venue to show accommodation and exclusivity, catering and drinks, ceremony spaces, décor, technical equipment, entertainment, planning, transfers, service fees and applicable taxes as separate items.
