Set meal counts, dietary restrictions, evening entertainment, guest transfers, décor and weather contingency. Confirm how every supplier will communicate during the event.
6 to 8 weeks out
Freeze a realistic running order, event setup schedule, on-site contacts and contingency scenarios. Reconfirm payment schedules and deliverables.
At the event
Use a single coordinator for timing, venue access and suppliers. This leaves the couple free to enjoy their guests. Build a realistic budget.
